We have started taking applications for Fashion in Flight 2026.
We are accepting applications for Fashion in Flight 2026 until all 6 designer spots are filled. Selected applicants will be contacted to schedule a designer review, held in-person starting January 2026. For out state designers, we do offer an option of video meetings designers located outside of the state of Washington but do prefer an in-person meeting if possible.
Participation costs $1,599 for 12 looks; each additional look is $100, with a maximum of 18. The fee includes show entry, 2 VIP tickets, event photos and videos, and a custom 6-ft retractable banner created from your promo shoot image.
DESIGNERS APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1: Complete online application: APPLICATION LINK
Step 2: Selected applicants will be contacted to schedule an in-person for local designers or video chat meeting for out-of-state designers. Designers will need to bring sketches of the proposed collection they want to showcase on the runway, mood board/inspiration board, as well as 3-5 garment examples of previous work for us to review your craftsmanship.
Step 3: If approved, submit a non-refundable deposit of $399
Step 4: If approved, signed Fashion in Flight Designer Agreement
